Build · Operate · Transfer

We don't advise companies. We run them.

Muller Capital builds, directs and grows operations in Brazil. For a foreign company entering the country, we take the whole operation — from incorporation to handover, over five years. The company is yours from day one, and we never take equity.

Built across the global food supply chain

Who runs it

The person taking the seat has sat in it before.

Lucas Müller has spent more than 15 years connecting strategy, negotiation and leadership, with direct P&L responsibility and cross-functional teams across China, India, Europe, the United States and Latin America.

As Business Director he led 27 professionals and sat on the Global Board, contributing to growth, capital and portfolio decisions. He has negotiated over R$ 2.5 billion in transactions and managed more than 2,000 commercial agreements with customers and suppliers in more than 25 countries.

He ran the Brazilian operation of a foreign food group as its executive in charge: he built the structure, the team and the customer base, and took the business from R$ 750,000 invested to more than R$ 40 million in revenue over five years. That experience — operating, not advising — is what Muller Capital is built on.

What we offer foreign companies is not a theory. It is what has already been done: taking over a foreign group's Brazilian operation, building it from zero and multiplying it five times in five years.
  • Incorporation, compliance and operation of a Brazilian subsidiary
  • Direct responsibility for P&L, team and customer base
  • International negotiation and C-level stakeholder management
  • Strategic planning and performance management systems

For foreign companies

Your Brazilian operation — built, run and handed back.

You don't need a local partner. You need an operator with an exit date.

Build · Operate · Transfer

Enter Brazil without depending on a local partner

The company is yours from day one. We step in as resident administrator and attorney-in-fact — the roles Brazilian law requires of every foreign shareholder — and we run the operation until it stands on its own. At the end of the mandate nothing changes hands: what leaves is us.

  • Build — corporate structure, registrations, licences, banking and first hires
  • Operate — P&L, team, customers and growth plan under our direction
  • Transfer — we train the Brazilian successor and hand over a running business
